Client Work

Case Study

Scott Circle supported the staff of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate as it worked to engage its Washington stakeholders in anticipation of the grand opening of the Institute the following year.

They brought in Scott Circle to assist with site selection, invitation management, vendor contracting and on-site event coordination.

Over several months, the Scott Circle team worked closely with the Institute staff on list compilation and invitation design, along with the mechanism to deliver both printed and electronic invitations to 1,500 potential guests.  Scott Circle also collaborated extensively with the venue to be sure that the contractual terms, room layout and food and beverage presentation matched the client’s expectations.  The Scott Circle team also ensured that the event site was easily accessible and well suited to the many members of Congress and dignitaries in attendance.  In the end, the event attracted hundreds of Washington influentials and the Institute achieved its goal of raising awareness and excitement around this historic project.
